December Challenge: 21 Days of Self-Care

The holidays can be wonderful, but they can also be stressful. There are holiday parties to attend, cookies to bake, and presents to wrap. It’s an entire season of eating, drinking, and being merry. But the most wonderful time of year doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your self-care. They say it’s better to give to receive, and for the most part, it is. This year, give yourself to gift yourself something you won’t find in any store: time.

Move over 12 days of Christmas, it’s time for 21 days of self-care

The above calendar outlines a daily challenge for you to participate in. The idea is to find a little time each day for you to dedicate to yourself. These are just suggestions, so if one (or a few) doesn’t jive with you, that’s okay. Just give yourself a little TLC so that you’re refreshed for the upcoming holidays.
